if you mean the new supermaxx sport tyres then there brilliant. surprisingly decent wet grip aswell, i dont think you would regret putting a set on the zxr.

The trouble with having an open mind, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

they were tested by none other than Guy Martin for PB a month or two ago. Came out pretty well when tested against a set of (IIRC) Bridgestones that cost twice as much.

I'll try and find the article in question later.

Never heard of 'em!

Cheap tyres are only good if they're good...

herd nothing but good things about them. Huge in the offroading market as well.

Had them on a BMX before but kept blowing out the side walls...down to me using them for street insted of dirt

LOL yes! :smt003

A front tyre on my ZXR400 that lasted for at least 4 rears (that's REAR TYRES - not Chinese for '4 years'), and to look at it you'd think it had been on the bike for a few weeks!

I hope it is Challenger. It's a shame that nobody could get their head around the fact that tyre technology has moved on in the last 40 years, and they were re-manufactured using identical processes to any top manufacturer. Bargain tyres.

performance orientated remoulds are ace ..

best tyres i've had on my car were colway's they cost nothing, lasted ages, gripped well and were progressive when they slid.

have to say, im not sure i'd trust them on a bike, but maybe ..

Done a couple of hundred miles on tyres now. Edge grip could be better, had the rear sqirm a few times gassing out of islands. Been out tonight in the wet and the rear spun like a giraffe of an island, but could of been diesel (right by a petrol station). Not overly impressed at the mo, i'll get some more mileage out of them and give an update.
