Hi guys,
Could anyone please measure up the dimensions of an L model front Axle for me, I haven't got mine to hand and I need the dimension in order to make up some spacers for my zx6r forks to take the 400 axle, I need the following sizes if possible:
Length (a) =The total length of the axle when tightened up
Length (b) = The OD of the thicker portion at the end
Length (c) = The OD of the lip
Length (d) = The depth of the lip
Length (e) = The Length of the end thicker portion
If you can be accurate to 0.05mm it would be great, dont want a loose axle flapping around in my wheels!
Cheers

Re: Front axle Dimensions
So heres what I have got so far, Obviously the central whole is not the right size at the moment but once I know the measurements I can machine it to the right dimensions to take the 400 axle
Also made up some 5mm spacers for the calipers so my 310mm disks will fit
