d207
i,m in exactly same position.BT010 on the front(badly squared off..120/70)
New d207 on the back.
wanted to put a BT090 on the front but the dealer said i should match treads n the 207 a good tire.
so i,ve been all over the web but no real answer.

there is no short answer.
manufacturers only match the pairs they manufacture, but only because there are too many combinations for them to test them all!
in reality, unless you race and are at the front of the pack, it makes no difference.
also racers often mix types just for cost reasons with no problems.
the only real problem is if you have a very sticky rear, and a rock solid front AND you wind the power on really aggressively while you're leant over, you'll lose the fron, but that's a lot of ifs.
