Help please. What is this front wheel from?

I bought this wheel thinking it was from a zxr400.
However I have found that a Zxr400 spindle is too thick; or, to put it another way, the internal diameter of the wheel bearings is too narrow.
Question is- can I just fit different wheel bearings, or have I buggered up and bought something completely incompatible?
I'm hoping to fit it in a pair of Zxr400L forks that I am fitting to my Kr-1s.

thats a ZX-4 (ZX400-G) front wheel, dont know if it'll fit the forks with the right bearings, but its half an inch narrower than a zxr rim anyway.
