Oil & Filter

Does anyone know the best filter and oil to use for a ZXR400 H? Mine's due for a change.
Standard Filter and Silkolene road oil is more than good enough
Used the silkolene for over 5 years in the zxr and never had a problem its cheap and easy to get 10/40 silkolene
