Gears banging at higher revs

Hello,
I recently bought a ZXR 400 L4 and now I have noticed that when driving faster at higher revs (7000+) the gears when shifting quite bang. if I shift without clutch I have no problems with it.Has one of you ever had the problem and knows why it could be?
