Evening everyone
I am building a track/road zxr and am at the stage of do I keep the Hoover tubes or not?
I read somewhere and for the life of me can't find it a post that everyone said the Hoover tubes make no differance and to jus get rid of them to de clutter the front end.
Could anyone shed some light on the matter?
Regards
Rich

Re: Hoover tubes are they needed?
Its true that they are more aesthetic than having any actual function. Loads of racers leave them off.

Most racers leave them off because they have ram air feeds to air box . on the road bike they do feed clean air to the snorkel under the tank which then feeds air box
