Water leaking

Post by tng21 »

My friend has a water leak on her h model. Now we think it might be the rad with a hole in it or something but just checking on here first to see what other poeple might say as it only ever leaks water when the bike is actually running and not when its not in use.

Will it just be the rad or anything else?

If its the rad has anyone got one they wana sell?

erm depends where exacty its leaking from, u say rad or u think it is. jus look where it drip from, well could be, coz wen its hot its under pressre aswel as expend under the heat. i'd find the whole n use a cheap option like jb weld or metal glue over it, might get it replaced or see how it holds.

hard to say, try breakers, maybe £40-50 but thats a guess. best thingi always use are these sites where u advertise wot u want and dealers callu, cant remember any off hand. they are really useful, i got loads aof emails n calls alst time and got a fuse box for £15. give it a go.
