Want to made a carbon fiber ram air system

Guys i need a ram air box from an H model or L model.

We try to made it with carbon fiber or carbon kevlar.

Here in Greece we dont have a ram air system so need one to make copy.

Anyone who want to help us made one to carbon, we can make a deal to send us the ram air system and made for him to carbon fiber.

The only cost for him will be the matterials that we use.

For carbon fiber we use 200gr and at least 3 sheets.

Also we send it back the fiber glass air box to him.

can you alsomake the ram air tubes that go into the tank in carbon fibre? or is that wat this thread was already about :s lol

I guess you could make the tubes but you need to get the shape right or they wont line up.

how do mate, bike is comin along nicely, got some inspiration from lookin at ur pics and how well urs has come along. Was gettin a bit depressed with mine but she startin to look nicer, got new engine comin this weekend got it off ebay n my dad picked it up for me

Still havent started the bike in 18 months so no idea how it sounds!

Glad its coming along mate, a friend of mine is still doing his up after a smash.

Only place to do a build about your bike is here mate , get a thread started and just add to it. Also doa small write up on the bike in word or something, send it to Baz and he'll do a little page on it for you.
