didn't need 2 posts for the same question. the microfiche shows there is a seal around the top of the carbs where the airbox seats. if this seals missing then a bit of silicone sealant should serve as a suitable replacement. the airboxes have a tendancy to warp with age so dont' fit back on perfectly which is likely the cause of your problem, you'll need to take the take off and go around the edges of the airbox checking everythings seated properly. if it appears to be then start the bike and carefully spray carb cleaner around the edges of the box, if the revs suddenly shoot up you've found your leak.
