replacement Carbs Needed!

Post by Gemsta »

Hi

please could someone finally help me with this!

I have had numerous problems over the last year with my Carbs - i have since had them cleaned, stripped and balanced. the bike is still overfuelling and not starting properly. I have now been advised by garages to replace them completely

I am still experiencing difficulty with this and the bike and it is now driving me insane!
I feel that as a woman garages take me for a ride so please could someone point me in the right direction to get this finally sorted?

any help would be greatly appreciated

thank you

how do you know the bike is overfueling just out of interest

are you saying it wont start easily if so is it when its hot or cold

there may be an air leak at the carb to head rubbers

how about delving in there and having a go

What makes you think its overfuelling? And when do you have trouble starting it? after a ride, or after its been sat?
