bike setup . where and hwo much

got my eyes on a new rear shock (SP adjustable etc)

and was wondering even if i dotn get it where can i go in south wales ish to have the bike setup for my weight etc since ive had my forks rebuilt etc lately woudl be nice te get her setup right
