As title says, how long would you suggest is a good time to leave the ZXR750 J1 warm up before attempting to ride?
Has it's MOT tomorrow, started it earlier and let it run for a few mins on choke, then slowly off choke but when blipping throttle she didn't like it much, unless throttle was opened slowly. So could that just be due to her being cold?

You should be able to hear a change in engine tone and probably a raise in revs as the engine warms up, if you are massively bothered give it 10 minutes, that should be enough
