What year is this bike?

Hi guys, is it possible to guess the year of the bike from these two pictures? Thanks in advance I'm looking to buy it and he's advertised it as a 2000, but I want to be sure before I go see it.

Almost impossible to tell with non standard paintwork, it's an l so at least 1991, if you can get the frame number and engine numbers that will be better.
