Top Speed and Power is stupidly low -.-

Hi, I have the 47bhp restrictor kit in my bike and a restricted japanese CDI. The bike has no power whatsoever compared to other 47bhps that I have ridden its not even half as strong... I don't know what I should do. It felt more like a 47bhp bike without the restrictors. Tips please? :smt013 p.s top speed is 90mph...

Carbs balanced?
air/fuel mix wrong causing it to run lean/rich?

I would do a full service on it, check valve clearances, chain tension, fuelling, balance the carbs as cansa said etc. it will most likely be a problem in the service schedule, print it off from the manual and go through anything, might be worth checking compression in all the cylinders aswell. thanks, ross
