Re: SIEZED ENGINE
Tough call
When I got married it cost me less than £500 in fact it was so little I've never bothered to remember.
Wedding itself cost £65 and I took our guests out for a slap up dinner after.....................champagne was paid for by my mate and the hotel threw in a couple of bottles of wine.
It was a fantastic day.
In all seriousness you need to find out for sure whats wrong with the engine..............might not be as bad as you think.
lots of spares out there
As it sits now with what you have told us I would give you no more than £100 (would need to be in good nick) and I'd only buy it if I really needed that parts. Why is it worth so little to me ? cos I'd have to spend a lot of time pulling it apart lifting whatever bits were useful to me and flogging the rest................lots of time and effort which needs paying for.
dump it in a field burn it and claim off the insurance ?

Re: SIEZED ENGINE
noooo dont break it you could pick an engine up for couple hundred quid then spend weekends in the garage learning how the bike works by fitting it your self, better still grab your son in law to help as well be a bonding session lol if you broke it you will regret it, i brought a zx6r for xmas my gf wants me to sell the 400 but ive been riding my h model since the weather has picked up and even tho the 6r feels comfier, faster and more modern i still have a smile on my face from riding the 400. just think of the fun you have riding it round the track and the smile it puts on your face that would hopefully change your mind lol
