I'm reading lots of wanted ads lately................sometimes I see an ad and I think yes I've got one of those.................but do I want to sell.
Some parts are getting harder to find and while lots of brand new parts are still freely available some stuff is very expensive.
Could be that people are starting to hoard stuff I know I've lots of items that I wont sell untill the day I stop racing and sell everything......................and that is a long way off yet

Also I see wanted ads for items that should really be replaced with brand new....................theres one on there now for a cam chain tensioner........I'd not even think about fitting a used one no way not ever.............

Yup, got to agree - I buy stuff intending to sell on and end up hoarding

Although I don't race them I also don't think there will be a time where I don't have one now

Agreed , don't put wanted ad's for service parts Do your self and your bike a favour - buy new !

I know a guy aged 84 still racing and still winning...................I've got about 33 years to go at the very least so I'll be hoarding for a while yet.

Last race of the year coming up next week..................three day meeting taking both 400s with me one wet one dry..................
