zx7r?

Post by hudders »

As theres a few threads on "whadaya think?" I got one for you lads, :

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 898wt_1139

Looks like great bargain. But worried that its been track dayed and wheelied.... to deathg.

New engine in 2006 so the 45000 miles is actually 22000. New clutch..... dyno jetted and zausted etc.

Looks to me like a risk-reward one but for 1400 notess...... confuddled

Saw one of these with a very similar spec for sale at Squires Cafe, Sherburn the other week for the same price so the money sounds on the button. ZX7R's are seriously under-rated tools. Unless it is indeed in poor state can you really go wrong for 1400 notes with what that bike has to offer the mere mortal? I think they're an absolute steal and arguably a better road bike than the ZXR750 - but not as raw and sexy.
