you got it jake, as far as welsh's coment, it isnt hard at all, race farings are at least 2 kg's lighter, loos the lights theres another 5ish kg, the total weight lost by drilling bolts was 1800grams, ( that was weighing bolts of course not bike ) then loosing the starter flywheel end of crank etc is 6 kg's then making a full custom loom with nothing except a switch on it and lightweight temp guage is at least 1.5+++ kg worth of crap gone, alloy sproket, new model rear rim ( few gundred grams less with tyres ), scraped the std guage holder for a ally one i made and put cdi up by guages to drop loom weight, battery is 1/3rd the size of the std one, ligheted crank and ligheted polised pistons, race exhaust system weighs 2.4kg total, replaced shifter tie rod with alloy one i made, drilled every bracket everywhere as well as pegs and rear brake peddal ) the list goes on and on and on ( not as far as some do im sure of that :smt003 )

oh ps the larger radiator only takes 200ml more liquid as the tanks are smaller and the oil cooler has also been scraped

for summer racing we put a little half cut cooler on, but during winter ( unless its two day races-same applys as to summer to preserve the oil ) I just run the radiator, which i cannot remember but beleve the core was a barina/swift core and that stops all over heating in the dummy or race grid ( that was the problem that lead to mnaking a larger radiator ) during a race the temp sits at 65-68
