My Day In Court.

Post by Brett »

You may all remember my recent little faux pa(62 in a 30, built up area). Well today I went to court.
Got there at 9:30am. Spoke to the duty(very helpful considering he doesn't need to do motoring offences). He said I would be very lucky not to get a ban. Anyway, finally got seen at 12pm, two lady beaks. Looked very sorry for myself saying how ashamed I was, showed them a letter my boss wrote for me. They commented on my job, saying it was a very worthwhile and decent job etc.....Three cheers for my boss!

No ban, six points, £170 including costs, £10 a week. The bloke who went in after me(51 in a 30, not built up, 5:30 in the morning)got 6 points and £150 fine.

I am a god!

On a worse note, I lost the photocard part of my licence, so now probably have one of the smelly little skag heads who were there posing as me, still can't complain.

:excited

Thats good going. I reckon If I offer my body for free sex/bond'age/Oral pleasures and dress as a sheep and run around Birmingham shouting "I LIKE TO TOUCH BOYS" whilst the magistrates record it then put it on Youtube. Maybe I'll have a slight chance of walking away with my license. Doubt it though. :ffs

It's worth a go, I was gonna rub poo on my face and shout "Banjo" during the hearing at timed intervals to throw them off. Fortunately my good looks and loveable cockney charm done enough.

well mate, youere luck there cause as the duty said, most people wouldnt have walked away with a licence. i work in law so i now what the duty said is true. my advice to anyone going to court, as i said before, if you did do it, be honest and learn from your mistakes, o they will spank you hard style.
brett, get on the track me boy, its the future

they have up to 6 months to serve you the summons, mine arrived 2 weeks after 6 months! monkeys!

The offence was on the 6th I think, the summons came on the 2nd of the next month, but was dated the 19th.
