I brought a one piece Spidi T-1 race suit (£750), Alpinestars SMX+ boots (£190)and a pair of Spidi gloves(£100), brand for £750!
Brought them May last year and after bout 3 months the leather wore through on the suit in stomach area, so was given a new suit.
Then a month later the gloves were replaced due to wear on the edges of the palm. By May this year the new gloves did the same, so were repaced with Alpinestars GP Plus (£100) free of charge, but was offered next up in Spidi range(£140)!
Not bad when all i paid for in the fist place was the suit, which has since been fine.
They might not be local for a lot of you but if you are ever in Wellington take a look. I was given advice as to what was good and wasn't, not just the most expensive. I would definately recomend Spidi, not sure about the gloves, but they obviously dont suit me for whatever reason.
