unless you have adjustable sprockets your cam timing will either be right or wrong, there isnt any adjustment possible. piston TDC on T timing mark, sprocket marks facing away from each other, chain should have 30 "gaps for teeth" between sprocket marks.

then do the valve clearances, balance carbs at fast idle (~3k rpm) and you should be good to go!
Did valve clearances the other day. They all within spec. Cam timing I can't get the marks to line up exactly with the head. Either intake is exact or exhaust is exact. 30 pin count is there. What I did notice though is my rotor has side tobside play vause of the pin on the crankshaft that does not fit tightly in the rotor. Can that cause a problem?

I have decided to stick my pride where the sun don't shine, hang my head in shame and stick my tail between my legs and take the bike to a mechanic. Will inform you guys on what the results are. Can help someone else as well.
